Held on the first Wednesday of each month from 2:00 pm -3:30 pm in the library at the Hamblin Centre.
These monthly practice sessions are led by experienced Mindfulness teacher Liz Clark. If you enjoy practising Mindfulness on a regular basis, it can be helpful to join others for support in your own practice. There will be Mindful meditation, a poem or a reading and a chance for some discussion within the group. We can bring our insights, our difficulties with the practice, and our mutual intention both to support ourselves, and the group, through Mindfulness. The meditations could include a Body Scan, sitting meditation, mindful movement and walking. Please come in comfortable clothes.
