The Laughter Club has gone online! In these challenging times, it is more important than ever to look after the health of our minds, spirits and souls as well as our bodies. The Chichester Laughter club has run for over ten years providing laughter as a form of exercise to create positive changes to our physical, mental and psychological health. Join us online now for Zoom Lockdown Laughter Club meetings where you can join in from home to enjoy group laughter and connect with new or familiar faces while uplifting your mood. We have weekly group online meetings on Saturdays, or why not take a break from your day to participate in a 15-minute "Just Laugh" mini-session? All of these are open to everyone. Try this 15-minute video to get an idea of what a laughter session with Lesley is like! Peace Through Laughter was made for the Hamblin Trust's celebration of the United Nations International Day of Peace, September 21st, 2020.
The monthly Chichester Laughter Club was started in January 2008 to bring people together to laugh for fun, health and wellbeing. It is one of the longest running and happiest laughter clubs in the UK. Life gets too serious at times and the Laughter Club gives us the rare opportunity to laugh heartily and for sustained periods of time. This helps us to reduce stress, relax and re-energise. We also share the latest laughter information and research, learn relaxation techniques and experience a balance of movement and stillness in every session. All are very welcome.
