The Hamblin Low-Cost Clinic initiative is intended as a service to the community, with the aim of making complementary therapies affordable to all who may benefit from them. All Low-Cost Clinic appointments must be booked via the Hamblin Centre office: firstname.lastname@example.org Tel: 01243 572109
(Please note that the practitioners who offer their time for the Low-Cost Clinic, as well as the Hamblin Centre, incur a financial loss when an appointment is missed. To make the Low-Cost Clinic sustainable for the future, we must therefore ask for advance payment for appointments. Please speak to the office if this poses a problem.)
The purpose of a Wellbeing Coaching session is for clients to share any issue they are struggling with in a safe, secure, confidential and professional environment and become empowered to move forward.
Sometimes our thoughts and feelings are happy, but sometimes they are not so good and don’t serve you well. Those thoughts affect not only our feelings but also our relationships with others.
No matter their age or background, clients will gain an insight into a relationship difficulty, whether with self or others. Following the session, clients should have a greater ability to understand themselves, their emotional health and wellbeing, and their feelings and how they affect happiness.
Vivienne Barnes is a qualified therapeutic counsellor, whose speciality subject is Emotional Health and Wellbeing and is keen to share the gems discovered during her life, counselling training and ongoing studies in this subject. For the past 5 years Vivienne has run courses and workshops on this subject and worked on a one-to-one basis.
Please contact the Hamblin Centre for an appointment from 10am-3pm on November 13, December 11, January 8.
