We can all maintain physical and mental health and wellbeing through exercise. Sally Reynolds will help you achieve this by using chair-based movements to improve flexibility, mobility and balance.
The movement sequences are practised in a chair to music, and focus on health through the combination of body, mind and spirit. Above all, it is fun! These exercises can be done by anybody, of any age or ability.
